Geotech Inc. is a multi-talented organization which was established in 1966 and incorporated in 1970. We have provided civil engineering and land surveying services in the northeastern Illinois area for over 42 years. Geotech has a qualified staff of 26 employees which include civil engineers, land surveyors, CAD draftsman, field crew, and support staff. We provide detailed attention to all of our client's needs. Geotech Inc. provides professional services for a wide range of projects and clients. These services include land surveying, land planning (including residential and industrial subdivisions and planned unit developments), engineering design of site plans, sanitary landfill designs, watermain and interceptor sewer design, storm water detention design and construction layout. Geotech Inc. has provided services on major projects in the northeastern Illinois area. Our projects include: Route 66 Raceway/Chicagoland Speedway - design and development including the design of offsite sanitary sewer, lift station and watermain for the facility. Joliet Arsenal Redevelopment - providing consultation and coordination for property transfer, concept planning, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, wetland surveys and subdivision plats. Caton Farm Road/Bruce Road Realignment and High Level Bridge - providing land surveying services. Kendall Ridge Subdivision - providing civil engineering and land surveying services for 280 acre residential development.
